Why are you people so obsessed with the ****n Brooklyn pick?

We've already got TWO top 3 picks out of the original trade and another lotto one next year

YOU CAN GET KYRIE AND THREE TOP PICKS out of that Nets trade when all is said and done

THATS HIGHWAY ROBBERY

All deals are made/evaluated independently of one another. Regardless of how great it was that we had another Brooklyn pick in the first place, we can still think critically of whether it's better to have that pick or Kyrie.

How about neither?

CLE can go pack sand. They're being ridiculous and trying to take Danny to the cleaners.

Never in a million years do I do a deal that includes Brown or Tatum. Let it undo itself and I'll take our assets back first. As they are reporting that the sides haven't talked since this came out it is clear Danny isn't going to back down. At most you'll see him throw in a 2nd rounder so that Cleveland can save some face, but I doubt even that. We can absolutely be fine with what we have and give IT plenty of time to completely heal and return when/if he can. If we find someone willing to give up an okay PG and a first rounder for Crowder if he can't come back without whining then fine. If he'd come back and play hard off the bench even better. We can do just fine with Rozier and Smart at the point until IT comes back. Hold strong Danny!!!

Yup.  No way in hell Danny parts with either of the two guys he went out of his way to draft.
Yup

I'd say the chances that Brooklyn pick turns into a better player than Kyrie is around 5%? Maybe lower

No thanks.

DA clearly values JT and JB above the pick. And considering that this is probably the most significant offseason Brooklyn has had while their picks have been relevant to us, I can't blame him.

A big no.
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Kenny Atkinson worries me. He seems like a decent coach. The East is going to be so weak this year that there is going to be a fight for the bottom...
