More minutes for Jaylen and Tatum! Don't have to worry about maxing IT! High chance we keep Smart if he can be a serviceable offensive player! Our chances of going to finals just went up!

They got a championship tested PG with crazy handles. They opened up space for the two young guys. Brooklyn may not be as bad as some other teams. Let's say Brooklyn has 4th or 5th worst record then what pick did we actually give away? I think Kyrie is an upgrade over IT and especially in size, The numbers are pretty even but IT was more ball dominant than Kyrie so Kyrie's numbers will probably improve. I am rooting for Brooklyn to be a lot better so this doesn't look as bad in the long run. We have Kyrie for at least 2 years and IT would have been demanding over 30mill after this season. I think Danny had to do it and I think keeping Anthony Davis in sight makes a whole lot of sense. I think we just became serious contenders.
