We're using cap space to bring in Hayward (either signing him into it or absorbing him into it in a sign and trade). That means we lose the MLE and Biannual exception, and get the Room Exception.  The Minimum Contract exception is always available for every team.

Trading Bradley has nothing to do with any of our exceptions.
