So no Hayward, no trade for PG13. No other worthwhile FAs to sign

Seriously, what is wrong with you?  Free agency hasn't even happened yet.  It's not like we are 1 week into free agency and nobody got signed!  Get a grip dude!

Why would you trade your best player on a team coming off of a ECF Finals while having two top 3 picks to develop and 2 potential top 5 future picks to develop.  IT is the type of player any team would want but would not give up insane value for because of his size and he has 1 year left and the team that would get him would need to pony up.  He's fine right where he is.  If the C's don't get a big FA I think they will extend a current player to lower the cap hit for next year and future years.  Might as well use the cap space for something.

So you would give IT4 max? And be the Buffalo Bills of the east?

Your argument makes ZERO sense.  Last time I checked Brown and Tatum didn't play PG.  So keeping or losing IT has nothing to do with their development or opportunities.  Now if we sign a free agent like Hayward that might affect their playing time.  But that would be on HAYWARD not on IT4.  Please do not smoke, drink, take drugs, and post at the same time,  Drugs are bad, Mmmkay?
