Pretty interesting to actually see how winshares shape up.  This also shows why high picks are what you want and why there is so much value in tanking.  Pick 1 clearly has the highest winshare average of the top 5 players.  Not a lot of difference 2-5 or 6-10.  Basically there are a few anomalies, like pick 13 with both Karl Malone (actually 2nd most all time behind only Kareem) and Kobe Bryant, but generally groups of 5 don't have much separation from each other, while there is generally a pretty decent drop in the 5 pick ranges.  Pick 59 is just downright awful with just 22.8 winshares combined and 22.6 of them from Pat Cummings.  As a note, Michael Cooper still has more winshares than Thomas does from pick 60, which has surprisingly good value historically.
