Seriously doubt the GSW are going to do what some here are suggesting. The Celtics certainly aren't going to do that, and no one can blame them. It won't just be $200M, we're talking $250M+.
Keeping all those stars at the max + salary cap penalties could be nearly double GSW's revenue. They don't have a super rich owner like Portland or Cleveland, and every sport has shown us that very few owners are willing to go way overboard for more than a year or two like Steinbrenner always did.
It's a safe bet that GSW will do something significant a year or two down the road with their roster, because they're not carrying 4 max players.
