We had a 5 point lead with just over a minute left and just had a charge call going our way. We have to milk that possession and either get a bucket or foul.
Um, they double IT right away and created a turnover.  Sure, wish that had not happened but it did.

IT as much as excellent in 2 possesions previously, was terrible at last 2 possesions. Turnover and forced 3pt - terrible! Lost the game with 2 very irracional moves. He had to know that WSH has nothing to wait and they will make pressure on him, he HAD to go faster to take the ball in the opponents half and then calm the pressure. He just fell a sleep and let them double him as he got the ball. It was not Wall who screwed us. Cannot say how angry I am. Obviously we have to lead by 10 or more in last minute to win the game.

  • Peace it's a board. We all will never agree.
This game was Lost on the defensive glass...so many offensive rebounds by Morris and Gortat...I blame this season long disease on this loss.
And the wiz bench played better too. Nobody on our bench stepped up.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
Not sure we can count on zero points from Porter again or a total no-show from Wall in the first half. I agree, we missed a golden opportunity. If Bradley and Horford somehow come through again like they have, then I am going to switch back to wanting to keep AB over IT. The defensive liability is killing us and if he isn't scoring (even if he is drawing defenders), he is useless. We are in the playoffs now, the regular season is meaningless.

Unfortunate that we lost but gotta give credit where it is due. Washington played great in that last minute and Wall hit a 27-28 point hero shot with 3 seconds left to win it.

Really thought Brad should have drawn up two plays with 2 different initial setups for the final plays but other than that, Washington was excellent in that final minute. Just tip my hat to them. They played great.

Yes they did but so did Washington in Game 2.  Both teams had chances to steal one on the road and they didn't.  Luckily for the Cs they don't have to steal one to win the series.  It is now on them to close it out at home.
