  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Am I the only one who noticed that IT was the one to take it to Morris after he accused the C's of dirty play and his attempted shaming of Al Horford?

Of all our 'tough' guys, IT was the one that went after Morris verbally and destroyed him in the psychological warfare department. At one point IT can be mouthing '....Bi$%# A$#% N%$#A
to Morris as he hit the and 1 shot and Morris fouled out.

This is another perfect example of this little warrior's heart and fearlessness and his ability to lead.
He was sticking up for his team mates and challenging Morris to back his talk up with his actions and it worked wonderfully.

Anyway, just hoping that others noticed this mental toughness, on top of everything else he's had going on lately. The guy has nerves of steel. Superstar nerve of clutchness.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Good observation....just like when Rondo went after Humphries. Cs really need an enforcer/going type that is not also the best player on the team.

IT has always been the most vocal of the Cs. He loves the trash talk and we love it when he does it!

Olynyk is our enforcer!

But I think we have two tough guys in Crowder and Smart who stand up for the rest of the team. Isaiah sure doesn't back down from anyone.

I sure would like a big who doesn't take no crap from anyone, but there aren't many out there today. This isn't the '80's or '90's.

only reason why IT went at morris was because he tried to elbow him in the head and missed.

I will say this though, seeing morris throw horford to the ground and no one on the team responded properly is a little discouraging.
