If someone like mr collangelo is crazy in love with a guy like fultz and makes an offer
For lets say
N.1 pick for n.3 n.6 okafor and kings 2019 first
Could take ball jackson okafor and future pick for him
Or tatum giles okafor and future pick...
Yes or no?

The more fair question is whether one would trade #1 for #3 and #6?  In years when there is a true franchise player, the answer is always no.  So that's the question I guess.  Is Fultz a true franchise player at least at the level of say, and Anthony Davis or even a Derrick Rose.  If the answer is yes, then I don't make that trade.
