I never followed the offseason as closely as this year so what goes on on media day and is there much coverage of training camp?

What I like about media day, and really the only thing I care about is looking for a noticeable difference in a player's physique. Did he work out all off season or did he eat like Sully. I would have been looking for more strength from Kelly but that's out the window with the injury. I guess I'd be pleased to see smart a tad thinner which could translate to him having more quickness but I can't tell if it's any fat on him or not.

Media day September 26th.  Just what it sounds like.  Many, many media outlets set up their cameras in their own individual area at the practice facility.  The coaches and players then rotate around to each station and get the same 10 questions asked over and over and over.  Real basketball practice happens the next day.  There will be coverage everyday of preseason.  Its a good time of the year for fans.
