Everyone's favorite ex-Celt Rasheed Wallace has been buying thousands of bottles of water and delivering them to Flint, Michigan residents (as you probably know their water is undrinkable due to lead contamination).  Apparently has been doing this a while.  Good deed Sheed!

I'll give that man a big thumbs up.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Cool thing no doubt, but can't help but think of the inefficiency with the way he's doing it though.

Apparently he went to Walmart and Target and bought, what I assume is all the bottled water they had, and then loaded it all up in a truck he rented.

How does he think that bottled water gets to Walmart and Target in the first place?  He should just call the local Pepsi, Coke, Nestle, etc. distributors and place a big order for less than he would paying retail (allowing him to buy even more water).  Then he could have it delivered straight to Flint without renting a truck (though he may still need the truck if he wanted to go neighborhood-to-neighborhood to deliver it).

And he's been doing this for a while, just think of all the money he wasted, unless he's also big on supporting his local Walmart and Target stores.
