I feel it. We are going to get another big man and Mchale is going to lead the next great front line of the celtics.

It makes too much sense if we get one of the big men out there even Okafor over Cousins. Both are developmental players even still.  Brad is not a great big man coach.  Butler historically was undersized big men with physical guards and scoring wing players.  We have a lot of undersized big men as it stands but Mchale would be perfect for the really big guys even as a consultant. He worked with KG, Jefferson, Howard etc..  He's the best at that there is.  It would be good experience for everyone.
