Gortat?

A recent article suggests DC trade Gortat since they traded for Mahinmi. Mentioned maybe going for Rudy Gay to get more scoring from and a versatile forward that can play 2 positions.

Maybe they take Jerebko/Rozier/Young and a couple of non-Nets picks?  Gortat is making just $12 mil a year and would really fit the C's style of play.  A 3 man bugs rotation of Al, Amir, and Gortat is pretty solid with Olynyk being the 4th. 

Would make drafting a 4 or 5 in 2017 and/or 2018 pretty important.

Our bigs would be 30, 31, and 32 but Amir and Gortat are really good value at $12 mil each.

If we were a role played short of a championship sure, but wouldn't give up any of our assets at this point. We need impact players, and may need some younger guys to step up if we lose a guy like crowder or Bradley in a trade for that impact player.
