Which 2017 Celtics team would you prefer

 Keep in mind that with the Cousins trade, both Nets are Gone.

 I really like the Idea of being big at shooting guard and Small Forward, going with Hayward and Brown or Crowder and Hayward. 


 Decided to add Durant cause why not, a player can dream can't he. Durant wins a title but doesn't get the Love from around the NBA and wants to win a title as the lead man.

Cousins, Horford, Hayward, Bradley, Thomas

Brown, Crowder and Smart off the bench, all other players on rookie contracts or vet min contracts, but might not be possible if the rumors are true that Cleveland is throwing Love at Sacramento. I still think we can outbid them, but it probably means giving up Smart or Brown.

Blake Griffin will stay in LA or join OKC as a hometown hero, so we should not even bother dreaming about him.

So the question is essentially:

1. Hayward + Okafor
2. Blake
3. Cousins

I'll take option 2 or 3. Losing both Nets picks is what gives me pause in choosing Cousins but he is a better overall player than Blake. Better defender, more range and spacing, with just as good handles.

 It is pretty sweet that we can afford Okafor plus another Max player next year, and If Bradley or Crowder is involved or Both we could get another nice Free Agent as well.

I still voted for Cousins and we keep Smart too. I'd take Okafor and Hayward though. Both are real nice.  I say let Brown play if he's at all near ready.

We are in position where we could sway a guy like hayward from utah. better situation and his college coach.  But do you think Utah is just going to let hayward walk without a fight?  He is really young and their franchise player there. 

It's becoming almost the norm for players to  just walk to greener pastures. Not sure how i feel about that especially with a player like hayward and the jazz.  In some siituations yeah but shouldn't they have some kind of bird rights on him even still?  The jazz are not a bad organization. they might not have completely built around hayward or favors like they could but players should still stay the course sometimes.

That's lke pierce leaving us the first chance he gets. 

The jazz to me are a well run organization.  It's weird they don't win more.  They have 2 guys in favors and hayward who are players about to enter their prime and some nice roleplayers there. Exum ever gets going and they are real good.

Hayward, boogie and okafor are probably my favorite non celtics so we can't really lose.

How are people not voting option four where we get the better player and keep our BKN picks? I know Durant just broke our hearts, but that is easily the superior option.

1) IT- AB - KD/Crowder - Crowder/KD - Al

2) IT - AB - Butler - Al - Noel     -This is nasty...I think Okafor is too much of a liability on defense, and Al would have too much work to do. Noel is already an elite defender and rebounder and an improving offensive player.

3) I really don't like Cousins, he is a cancer. Anyone else.
