Any good free agents left? Just in case we don't get KD.
Pau is one , who else is left ?

Either we go all in or nothing ;D

Seriously: No idea. I think Ainge will probably resign our guys - Amir, Jonas and maybe Sully - and call it an off season?

55 win team with a max slot.  We can go after guys like Deng or something... keep the team as is... try signing Wade?  Sign Pau?  Use the cap space and picks to trade for an impact scorer?

Tons of options still.   I'm sure Ainge has plans.

Deng signed with LAL. I think pau makes sense but highly doubt he signs here

Use our picks and cap space and prospects to trade for Cousins or Hayward.

Even if neither of those 2 is available, the C's will still have a ton of prospects to trade in a package for a single, more talented, player to add to the roster and then we roll with what we've got and see how far they can take us.

I'm sure Ainge has several backup options planned out already Horford isn't getting any younger , and Ainge didn't sign him just to make the playoffs.

Deng was signed by the Lakers.
