I really, really, really don't see it, and I think that's the prevailing opinion of most around the league. He's from LA, and he's the type of person to want to play in that huge type of spotlight and market. I would bet anything on the fact that he's a Laker in 2017.
I really don't see KD being that way, either, which is why I think he'll look long and hard for a new home this offseason. That might be the biggest reason that he leaves, because there'd be no point in him staying in OKC long-term without Westbrook.
That's why we must nail our pitch to him this offseason. If he can find a team that gives him just as much opportunity to win a title as OKC, especially a team in the East, I think he bolts knowing that Russ will be leaving in 2017.
