Who says no? 

Milwaukee reportedly is down on Monroe.  Sullinger gives them an offensive big that can rebound, Lee gives them a body and huge cap relief next year, they get picks to continue their rebuild.

Celtics get Monroe, huge improvement over Sully, genuine post threat.

Monroe gets used correctly by Brad Stevens.

Lowe seemed to imply that a decent 1st could get Monroe in his column.

I know that Monroe hasn't worked out for them yet, but this would be giving up too much for him.  I think Sully isn't much more than a back up and I think Lee's best days are behind him. Our non-Brooklyn picks are anything but a sure thing.
