Assuming Jazz and Nuggets are out of playoff hunt and selling at deadline Id like to see two trades

Nuggets get =Philly 2nd, Sully and AJ
Jazz get=Nets 1st, C's 1st, Dallas 1st all 2016, Wolves 2nd, KO, AB and Lee.

C's get= Foye, Faried, Hayward and Favors

IT/Smart/Rozier
Hayward/Foye/Hunter
Crowder/Turner/Young
Faried/JJ/Mickey
Favors/Zeller

Think that team would be beast and don't feel like gambling on the Nets pick.

Utah would require much more for Favors and Hayward.
2019 historical draft.  Pick 12

Tim Duncan, Oscar Robertson, Elgin Baylor, Scottie Pippen, Willis Reed, Mitch Richmond, Sam Jones, Dan Majerle, Bob Cousy, Rasheed Wallace, Shawn Kemp, Marcus Camby

Much more? AB and KO aren't exactly scrubs. And they are getting mutiple first(one top 7 likely), a high second, as well Lee expiring. Maybe you throw in a C's first in 2018 but I wouldn't think "much more".

Depends on the offense you run. Favors and Faried can still shoot mid range. Think Grizz offense.

What konkmv said, you absolutely can't have a big man pairing with that poor of spacing.  You mention the Griz offense, they are currently 26th in scoring per 48 minutes, Utah is 25th.  There is a reason for this and it is that there big man pairings are providing very poor spacing which limits their ability to score in the half court offense.

Grizz are very bad shooting the 3 and haven't had any luck with keeping guys healthy. But healthy you can see spacing isn't the issue from bigs. Just watch them play. It's the wings that kill them not being able to shoot. IT and Hayward will create plenty of space while Crowder is showing his shot is coming along as well. Also Favors and Faried both can run and defend the pick n roll better than the Grizz bigs as well. The team would be best in the east easily.

Even if the Jazz miss out on the playoffs they have little incentive to sell off their pieces. They're all on good contracts pretty much and they'll have an abundance of cap space next Summer. Stay the course.

Alec Burks is the only questionable guy they have up there.

Do agree. They could be big buyers via that cap space and their pick this year. I was mainly saying if they do become sellers I'd like to get Favors and Hayward.

No, you do need much more. Hayward is practically Utah's franchise player, and they'll never trade him away for someone who can't immediately take up that mantle. This is one of those "it all benefits the Cs" trades that are fun to dream about, but hardly realistic. Utah has only been set back by injuries this year, let's no pretend it's the lack of on court production from the players who actually are playing that's hurting them. They've been without three starters for nearly the entire season.

Assuming the Jazz actually fool themselves into thinking this year is anything more than a negative aberration, something like this is more feasible, but as unlike as the above trade proposals. http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=jezn8kf

Regarding the option of giving Utah cap space which some of us think should entice them, literally every team will have cap space this summer. Irregardless, what about Utah comes off as more of a FA destination than Boston? What will Utah do with all that cap space??

Long-form is far from dead, but please refrain from paragraph-laden posts! Who wants to read that?!

Utah isn't trading Hayward.
