Is it true that IT and Boogie Cousins are

childhood friends?

Just heard that today. If that is the case is that one reason why we think we have a good chance of landing Cousins? Until today I had not heard that IT and Cousins were bosom buddies.
Any insights into this?

I know that, at least at first, it was obvious that Boogie liked Thomas in Sac-town. I watched a few of their games because I was a Thomas fan back then, and it was obvious that they had a good feel for each other's game.

I don't know anything about their relationship past that.

I've never heard about IT and Cousins. I had heard about IT and Kevin Love being very close buddies growing up.

Another interesting one is Amir Johnson being best/ride or die friends with Demar Derozan... (who happens to be a free agent this offseason)....

Wonder if Danny asks Amir to get in his ear.

They were friends, had a falling out then became friends again.  I like both players.  Cousins really likes and trusts Rondo and Boogie just seems like a guy who doesn't trust easily.  I can see why he likes Rondo though.  Rondo is misunderstood like he is and wants to win.  I think Rondo and Boogie are a good match.

Cousins in an awesome player.  But with Rondo and Karl there I don't see him leaving now.

People beat up on Rondo but Rondo is a high character guy and so is George Karl.

IT talked about it on the Vertical Pod with Woj. He's good friends with Boogie; they talk often. He's childhood friends with Love.
