getting good looks made some nice attempts at going to hoop
had some drives blocked with perfect timing-
says his shots are falling in practice, looks thin
is it getting a contract or just a slump or how he is being played and with whom-

Strange timing.  He finally hit some in the last game.  Hopefully, it can continue.

He's not really in a slump, per say, he just isn't getting consistent playing time.

just watching replay of detroit ganme and to begin 2nd half jerebko show his quick lateral cutting off  a baseline move ,a  textbook classic defensive move even the announcer got in the act praising jerebko=defence can be sooo beautiful-

Agree about his defense.  He plays it beautifully.

It's not a slump, thats Jerebko's game your seeing.  In other words permanent slump.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism

I mean, I am not a huge fan of JJ at all, but I agree - at one point, he was 3-3 on three-point attempts. That is actually pretty impressive.

Combo of talent level and not getting consistent minutes.  Some of the other 3's & 4's are struggling so he may be getting more minutes.  But he is what he is.  I still like him as an 8th or 9th man.

Naw, look at his career stats. Aside from his first year he's played 15-20 minutes and has always shot well north of 40%. He's playing 12mpg this year and taken the fewest shots per game of his career by a lot. I think he needs more shots to show up more in stats.
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

He is just not confident the ball is going to go in, you can almost see it on his face.  But I'd put him on the floor, he balls and is one of a few guys who gives it 100 every night.
