Turner and Jerebko for Jared Dudley and Gary Neal. Both players are top 10 in the NBA in 3 pt %.

Dudley and Neal are playing great for the Wiz. Especially Dudley now they have fully embraced small ball. Dude has been able to play positions 2-4. Jerebko and Turner dont fit into their small ball identity. Hence Wiz would never do that trade
