Why do people think that young backups are good trade targets?  They aren't likely to be available unless they look like they have no starter potential and the team has other options for the role.

Clint has very little starter potential for Houston as long as Dwight is there.  We could send one of our centers back in the trade, thus giving the Rockets another option in that backup role.

It's hard to see why Houston would consider trading him right now, since he's the only solid interior big man they've got after Dwight, and Dwight seems to be very injury prone at this stage of his career.
