He is a good guy to have on a team because you know that you will have effort every night. He also can play three positions. I liked him best in small ball last year, when he played C for us when Sully was hurt. He was able to use his athletic ability and movement to good effect in that role.
So far, his shot has been struggling, I would assume that he is shooting from different spots on the floor with the change in position where last year he was playing 4 and 5 or a big role. This year he is a wing, he should adjust to it soon.
