I never liked burners always gave me jitters. Morning workouts 6x a week (p90x), sauna suits while riding a stationary bike 30mins an hour before bed. Active job. Diet watch 3 out of 4 meals a day. All worked to get me into great shape at 30. I was 6' 180lbs with an 8 pack not 6. Diet meals werent bad just boring. I also went no sugar treats or sugar added to drinks, with coffee or tea they were had with one tablespoon of honey.

Quick question, would you recommend sauna suits?  I've been interested but have heard conflicting opinions about it and etc.

Depends on your diet and body type. If you have a lot of fat to shed and/or retain a lot of water then sauna suits can be used. I have a boxing background in my family so know a lot of people that have used sauna suits to shed pounds. I do it as I find myself drinking water all day to reduce any chance of over eating.
