I want to take my future brother in law out for a nice steak dinner.  We have a bromance going over our love of the Celtics and I'd like to take him to the steak house frequented by the Celts but I cant remember which one it is.

Could someone clue me in?

I want to say it was Ruth Chris Steakhouse but I could be mis-remembering.  Thanks!

I'm also open to suggestions for restaurants in general.  I really like this guy and he treats my sister with a lot of respect so I'd like to take him to a really classy place to return some of that respect.

(Cue requisite Sully jokes  :-X )

Stop ;D.

Anyway, while I'm certainly no expert in the field of 'bromances' ::) ;D, and although I do love steak, why not just go to legal sea foods?  Sure, it's not a steak place, but it is an official sponsor of the Celtics, and remember, "if it isn't fresh, it isn't legal," ::) ;D. Just be sure to ask for Crowda's Chowda ;) ;D.

Sidebar - I have never been to legal sea foods ;D.

Legal Seafoods' chowder isn't bad.

Somebody mentioned Strega... never been to the steakhouse, but the Strega in the North End has the best veal chop ever....

List of restaurants Celtic players have visited.

Flemings
Del Friscos
Davio's Northern Steakhouse
Hilltop (Perkins, Rondo, Humphries, and a few select others used to visit there before it got shut down.)
St. Elmo's (Paul Pierce went there a few times, and took a few photos.)
Mortons (Gerald Wallace, and Gerald Green went there a few times.)
Demeters Steakhouse

Just me or is this post a little scary?

  • Celtic's only raise championship Banners
This would have been your best bet. I almost did it, but lent money to a family member instead.....and have yet to get it back.

A dinner with Antione? I think that would have knocked the socks off your future brother in law. Because most athlete go belly up the prices were not too bad. But I guess some people thought it was tacky and now they only do it for llc's or corps...but I'm sure theres a way to get passed that and get the old price quotes for dif athletes for dif activities.

Negative TP for you... : )   As much as he frustrated me/us as a fan(s), he sure was entertaining.  I sure hope he is doing well.

Just to let you know Antoine has a contract with Regions Bank traveling around talking to athletes about money management and his problems. Mostly college athletes, I know he's spoken to Ole Miss athletes. I was talking to the Mississippi president of regions and he shared that with me and I almost was giddy because he was my favorite Celtic for a while

I met Rondo at Blue Ginger in Wellesley a few years ago. The likeliest place to find Celtics is Waltham though.
