Tell IT a summer league scrub like Rozier will start over him lol.

Why do you think Rozier already can take somebody's spot in the NBA

im very curious to hear your answer, and how you come up with something ludicrous like this.

Well... I think Rozier was the Celtic's most consistent summer league player.  He hit multiple clutch shots and combined with Smart to form the best defensive guard combo in summer league.

But where I really made an intuitive leap is when I looked at Danny's top picks in the last two drafts, noticed they were both guards with complementary skillsets, and thought hmmmm... "I wonder if he might have planned on them playing together."

Your thoughts?
I think its certainly a possibity that Ainge envisioned these 2 playing together. However, right now he is a long long way from winning that starting job.

Also, while I do agree Rozier showed a little bit of the clutch gene and looked good with Smart. It was summer league. Dont take too much stock in it. I dont think you have to completely ignore the positive signs but dont go overboard.

If we're going to start Rozier, I just rather start Thomas with Smart and have Bradley and Rozier off the bench.

Or start Thomas with Bradley, and bring Smart off the bench. Works either way.

With Bradley already the incumbent starter and IT wanting to start, it's tough to believe that Stevens would hand an unproven rookie the starting job.

I do, however, see Stevens playing quite a bit of 3 guard lineups, so there should be ample opportunists for Rozier to earn PT.

I admit that I have thought the same thing but more in the future. As others have said lets first see if Rozier is an NBA player, than see how he does with 10-15 minutes and work our way up.  ;)

The first order of business is find a way ...any way to delete Evan Turner from the Celtics.

Plenty of guys better and more valuable for the future need to be playing

He is in the way
