Reach being the key word.

Kaminsky was projected as a lottery pick.  People are going to have to get over Ainge not offering enough to Charlotte.

I am glad they didn't take the deal, we offered too much.

Remember when Marcus Smart first got drafted people were saying the exact same things about him - he can't dribble, he can't pass, he can't shoot - he's not a PG and he's too small to play SG.

I think Smart came across as playing harder but so far comparing rookie Rozier to Rookie Smart.   Smart played harder but rookie Rozier demonstrates more speed and skill than rookie Smart.  Rookie Smart has an edge in basketball IQ though and defense,  Rozier dribbles and shots better than Smart did last year.

Kaminsky at #9.

I was thinking that too. I thought he would go to Indiana in the 11 spot at the earliest. Seems a lot like KO, except with slightly better post skills but worse ball skills. Nance Jr, to me anyways, seems like the biggest reach of all. I can't imagine a lotta teams had him even getting drafted, much less in the 1st round.

I really hope both Rozier and Winslow become better plays than Kaminsky, just so Charlotte really regrets passing on that deal. That, and the Dallas and Brooklyn picks both become top 10 next season, becomes I'm sure Ainge offered up one of those for #9.

Reach being the key word.

"Biggest" being the other key word.
