Mixed bag so far.  I was pretty content with it until about halfway through this past season.  The last 6 months or so have been pretty perplexing for me.  Not really sure what Ainge is trying to do.

How I feel right now, but I trust Ainge. I don't see why people want to fire him when even Ainge/Stevens admitted it would take 3-5 years to at least get somewhere.

Its crazy how quickly our assets had been expedited, and how much cap space/flexible non-guaranteed contracts the Celtics will have to go after trades.

Danny Ainge is better at making trades than free agency or drafting in my opinion. I see his ability to trade as his bread and butter, so we'll see.

Amir Johnson is a fun player. So is Jae Crowder. We're still not very good, but a lot of that is out of Ainge's control -- and blaming him for that is like blaming a President for things he has nothing to do with.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Im not, nor ever was on the in Danny I trust camp.  I think he gets too much credit for swinging a deal where he had a friend as one GM.  He got lucky.  SInce then, he's not done much else but accumulate assests and free up cap space.  I give him credit for making moves to position the C's but I think he's a bit too stubborn and a poor judge of talent.  He's really hit or miss.  So i cant really say yes or no.  Grade wise he'd get a C for sure.

Meh. I don't like this form with rebuilding. So no. Not really.

But Ainge is executing his plan reasonably well. He is not screwing up or anything.

So that is a no & yes. Let's say a "soft no".
