Horford moves to PF, I suspect Millsap is gone.  Now with Carroll gone I see them targeting Harris if they want to not take that huge hit losing two top level starters.  Not good for C's in my opinion.

Only if Splitter is coming off the bench but he's a bit expensive for that role.  Can Millsap play SF?

The details haven't been worked out yet;

The Hawks are still working out details of the trade but are expected to absorb Splitter into cap space, sources said. That could leave them with about $18 million in remaining space and will allow them to be flexible depending on the free agent decision coming from forward Paul Millsap.
