so if Millsap signs with Orlando, that leaves Atlanta and Boston, from what I've heard, available for Harris. Does anyone think Atlanta is a good fit for Harris over Boston?
It would be fun to see Harris play at PF and see the Hawks become D'Antoni's SSOL Suns team of the East.

PG: Teague
SG: Korver
SF: Carroll
PF: T.Harris
 C: Horford

The Hawks would probably go more traditional

PG: Teague, Schroeder
SG: Carroll, Hardaway
SF: T.Harris, Korver
PF: (free agent), M.Scott
 C: Horford, Muscala

Maybe Atlanta could go with someone like Brandon Bass in the meantime. Look for a better replacement PF in next year's FA when the cap goes up.

I think that is still a pretty good Hawks team. Better than our Boston Celtics. So yes, I think Atlanta would be a better place for Tobias Harris.

I think Harris fits their offense well enough with his improved outside shooting and ability to handle the ball a bit in the pick and roll. Something Atlanta needs more of from their wing players. Harris' post game is also a good fit alongside Atlanta's jump-shooting big men and gives their offense another wrinkle that they badly need. Good match for player and for team.

$20 million in year 3 (2017/18) of that contract when cap will be $108 million is equivalent to $12 million under last year's $63 million cap.

$12 million for Millsap is a very good price.

Yes, I agree with this completely.  As per Orlando keeping or developing Harris further, great in theory, but I don't think Skiles likes Harris, and both are looking for a clean slate.

Don't get why Millsap would jump from ECF finalist to lottery team for equal money.
If he leaves, I doubt the money is equal. If he signs for that in Atlanta they will probably have to let Carroll go (who I would like on the C's btw)
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

IMO Carroll is another Jae Crowder. Not sure we need 2 guys that are 6'8" with the same qualities unless you are talking about replacing Crowder.

In your more traditional line up Horford moves to PF and Splitter moves to C. Good for ATL

Carroll is better though. He's a better ball handler and much better shooter. Crowder could get their given his age, but right now Carroll is clearly superior.
