Colton Iverson will play for the #Celtics summer league team while former

How has this dude been progressing? Any chance he's developed enough for a roster spot, as at least a 3rd/4th stringer?

Doesn't matter how good he is—he's too tall for this team.  ;D
There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, 'Thy will be done,' and those to whom God says, 'All right, then, have it your way.'

You don't have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.

This is the thing I don't understand when people say "draft a euro so you can stash him abroad for a year or two". Why not stash american players abroad for a year or two? If Colton Iverson can get a deal abroad so can virtually any NBA draft eligible american player.

I think many American players would not be open to that.

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

I am expecting Ainge to resign one of Bass or Jerebko. Hopefully Jerebko. Then keep J.Mickey as a fourth string backup PF / third string backup C. Then acquire a more proven center than C.Iverson to either start ahead of Zeller or provide quality backup minutes for Zeller.

I think C.Iverson is competing with J.Mickey for that 3rd string C role and I think Mickey's skill-level, athleticism and versatility will beat out Iverson's superior size.
