I think Iggy is way too important to move regardless of his salary. Even though the just won a championship, GSW is still extremely young. Even Kerr being in year one is inexperienced. Iggy is so valueable to all aspects of that and bringing his experience to the table on court, off court, in practice, in the locker room. I'd fear that by losing Iggy, the GSW players heads might get too big. Iggy needs to be there to keep them level headed and get stronger.

No, I would send out other people/assets to make room first. Now, of course I do it for the guarantee of KD. I wouldn't do it for JJ because things like chemistry matter and who knows if a little upgrade in talent is worth what Iggy does for that team?

Absolutely not. Harrison Barnes is infinitely more expendable if they need to ship out a player as a sweetener for Lee's contract. And that's not just recency bias - I've long felt this way.
