If you watch this video. What a nice humble kid. Says all the right things. I'm really impressed. And a 38" standing vertical, holy crap. 43: Max vertical which is 1.5" shy of the record. My question about him is lack of production 12 ppg and 4 rpg with all that talent is suspect. DId he play on an awesome team? They had a great record last year. He seems to unselfish.

He only played 27 mpg. In addition, he was injured on Feb 2nd and in that game, and the 4 others after he returned, his numbers suffered as a result of the injury/rust. In those 5 games he averaged 5.0 ppg and 0.2 apg. That caused his overall numbers to fall considerably.

IT is hard . But 16 he is a reach and likely he won't be there at 28.

He must seriously impress Danny at the individual workouts for him to be considered at 16.  Maybe try to trade up for him

Thanks eddie for that info. TP

I think the people that Love Winslow should take a close look at JA.

This was what I was saying. Good alternative to getting Winslow. But obviously not as good

Great role player material. Defense, athleticism, improving outside shot. Rebounds.

Agree, there are plenty of similarities between Winslow and JA. Going up against each other both their flaws was portrayed, which is also illustrated in this video.

They are both good players, but Winslow has the most upside given that he was only a freshman whereas JA was a Junior last season.
Jack of all trades, master of none.

If we got him I'd hope that he'd be more than a role player. We literally have a team of those.

I agree. Someone that can score 1 on 1 sometimes.  Not waiting to be spoonfed the ball most of the times.

On the defensive end, can defend several positions and save others (via steal, block shots).

Again I like Anderson, just not with 16.  He has trouble creating offense (he will usually go left if he tries to dribble)  ,  and on the defensive end didn't produce much steals, block shots.  Mediocre rebounding numbers.

I loved that video.  The best thing about this young man is that he seems to have a very clear idea about what he needs to maximize to be an effective player at the next level.

I think it's awesome that he embraces his eventual role as a "3 and D" player.  This attitude could end up making him a very, very good one.  Maybe, even all star level some day as an elite role player.

He does compare himself to Lebron James in that interview, but I definitely get the impression that Justin Anderson isn't kidding himself into thinking he's the next Lebron James.  He knows who he is.

I don't think I'd take him at sixteen, but definitely if he's around with our second first round pick.
DKC Seventy-Sixers:

PG: G. Hill/D. Schroder
SG: C. Lee/B. Hield/T. Luwawu
SF:  Giannis/J. Lamb/M. Kuzminskas
PF:  E. Ilyasova/J. Jerebko/R. Christmas
C:    N. Vucevic/K. Olynyk/E. Davis/C. Jefferson

I am not really expecting any more than a role player with the #16 pick. I think the star talent is in the top 10 picks.
