Very interesting to watch, I highly recommend it.

Key notes is that Rich Gotham never ever wanted to tank, and clearly wanted to try for the playoffs.

Its good to see Wyc and Rich who are owners, who dislike the idea of tanking for ping pong balls, and I'm sure Ainge had a long conversation with the two about the probability of that happening once again.

Rich definitely seemed optimistic about the potentiality of rumored free agents, and even feels that there could be fireworks. This is all I'm guessing from his responses, these weren't his actual words, but its what I gathered from the interview with him and Marc D'Amico.
"I bomb atomically, Socrates' philosophies and hypotheses
Can't define how I be dropping these mockeries."

Is the glass half-full or half-empty?
It's based on your perspective, quite simply
We're the same and we're not; know what I'm saying? Listen
Son, I ain't better than you, I just think different

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
what a great interview.....there's a guy that loves his job and is also an expert at what he does. Like a professional high stakes poker player.
Thanks heaps for posting, TP
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.
