Hey Guys,
I in no way want to jinx this run, but living in NY I am trying to plan out a trip up to Beantown and getting tix for rd 1 home game 1 or 2 if (when) we make it in.

I know the Bruins still have a chance to get in, so that impacts our potential schedule.  Has anyone tried to map out what we may be looking at?  It looks like game one would be on the road either on 4/18 or 4/19, but from there I wasn't sure how many off days would be worked in, travel days, conflicts w hockey potentially, etc.

Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Best,
R

No matter what, game 3 or 4 of the first round will be on the 2nd weekend of the playoffs.

Playoffs start on the 18th, so either the 25th or 26th the C's will be playing in Boston for either Game 3 or 4, that's pretty much guaranteed.  As long as you make plans to be in Boston that entire weekend, you'll be good.

For reference, here's 2013 and 2014 playoff schedules. and you can see every single series has either Game 3 or 4 on that 2nd weekend.

I can guarantee this, just like I can guarantee the Finals will only be played on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.  There's some things the NBA just doesn't veer away from and that playoff schedule is one of them.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Thanks, good reference points there.  Appreciate the reply.  We are flexible, so I just bought 2 tix to both games and will now wait for the schedule to be released  :-)

hopefully they get the 8th seed

atl and mil are the only teams they can physically match up with

All the other teams have to much size

brackets would likely be

1 Atl
8 Boston

4 Tor/Chi
5 Wash

3 Ch/Tor
6 Mil

2 Cle
7 Brk

Brakets are locked in once the seeding are final

So Boston would just need to beat ATL then Tor,Chi or Wash to reach the ECF . No problem  ;D
