When your a pro and playing for a living, your judged every second, this is not grade school basketball, get real.   Sure, you have to temper judgement with a young guy but they still need to be observed with a critical eye.

I think I would agree IF they had graduated college , played four years at the college level, but , they are only 20 years old .

It's still way to early to judge with any certainty.

It sucks that Rod Adams left for Bay Area.
Yep. Look what he did for Avery Bradley.

Is he with the splash brothers now? I wonder if we could rent one of them out for a week to run a mini-camp.

My main interest with Smart is shot selection above anything. His 3s to 2s split is worrying if that becomes the norm for his career.

considering his body-type (smart looks hugely muscular) I would like to see him develop driving to the hoop moves more than anything. he should be able to create contact and draw fouls.

that will go a long way to his development as an offensive player. he's starting to look better offensively since the all-star break

Funny thing is he's clearly worked on his shot with a shooting coach. I think it was an article on this site that broke down some of the changes in his shooting motion in just this year.
