He's astonishing really...if he were 6'-3"...he'd be a Top 10 player.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

He is one of the better slashers and all around offensive pgs around.   Thing is this only solidifies Marcus staying here too imo.  Marcus is like a wall and feels his way through games and is a leader.  Ainge had Telfair and Rondo.  Telfair didn't work out too well.  What Ainge had envisioned may work out better here.

I think Marcus and Thomas are going to cause teams a lot of problems because they are so different. Both cerebral players in ways though. Marcus may be one of the most physical pgs around.  Thomas is lightning.

Thomas is fun, for sure, but at the same time, this isn't action sports -- you don't earn your paycheck from a video part.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Thomas would figure to be paired with Smart rather than AB. (hopefully)

Smart adds more size to guard the bigger two guards. Smart is a better ball handler than Bradley, and a better passer. Thomas will give Smart a chance to mature and learn to score in different ways.

Bradley and Turner can come off the bench and look for there shot and play tough D.
