This is assuming that the Kings want to really make the playoffs this year.

Bass and Jameer Nelson for Derek Williams and Stauskas??  This will have to be done after February 18 (when I believe Nelson is eligible to be traded).  We would likely have to include a Clippers first.  Or we could send Wright and Nelson for the two mentioned above with no first rounder.

Thoughts?

Without the 1st I'd do it. Not with it included.

Could be done today.  Nelson just can't have his salary aggregates to match another player's, but a) Nelson's salary matches Stauskas' perfectly, and b) Bass' salary is large enough to match Williams and Stauskas by himself.

Not going to happen, but could happen immediately by salary cap rules.

Sign me up.  I'd gladly give up that LAC pick for a shot at Stauskas.

this.  I'm not giving up a first for Williams or Stauskas (in Stauskas' case, I wouldn't give up a pick AND a rotation player nevermind 2 in addition to the fact that adding Stauskas is further jamming up the SG position here).
