Thus far yes, but it is really too early and he did not have much chance of doing anything. If he stays healthy (I think he is over 80?) I think he ll prove to be a good GM. He has the kind of character that he would not have made the NYK move had there not been the necessary preconditions for things going better (like he never coached an underdog if you know what I mean
