Pierce could start for the Clippers next year, I think that is what ultimately will happen. I don't think he wants any part of Brooklyn and LA makes the most sense for him, they can contend in the west and of course Doc and the fact that he grew up out there.

He might come to Boston ...if invited or retire , not sure how much love he has for Doc and that team out there.

nets i think will offer pierce 8 to 9 million or more than and pay the repeater tax, but they will wait if someone offers 5 or 6 or 7, nets will go a little bit higher of offer (bidding)
can clippers give that?
he is not winning with clippers then why take less money? just because of doc rivers?
doc is the one who wants pierce and kg in clippers

lastly whats the point of talking to lionel hollins if you will not have kg and pp in your roster next season? no one would ever dare to come to brooklyn without pp and kg proven champions if they leave brooklyn, hollins would coach an injured lopez and williams? so if that is the case, if everyone comes back, billy king should look for a reserve center right now, back-up pg's are everywhere, they can rest lopez and maybe kg to back to back, so your bigman are plumlee and new added Center

messina is more on offense, who will run the offense trio of lopez johnson and williams? remembers pierce can get you 20points a game
then rather trade everyone and sign a college coach

Good. Talk about a pointless signing and a waste of money/MLE (for a rebuilding team).

why would pierce go there? to be a bench player?
I think Pierce is a bench player nowadays.

A lot closer to a Vince Carter level backup SF than some people want to admit.

Paul Pierce's lack of speed, highly inconsistent defense and declining offense (only 13ppg in 30mpg) make him difficult to use as a starting SF anymore. There still a small number good teams out there that could probably make him work as a starter but I think most teams should be looking at Pierce as a bench player.

will clippers pay 6 to 9 million a year?
in nets, he could be 6th man SF or starting PF, u got mirza and jefferson a rookie at PF
livingston is gone, it does not affect the team's roster, unless pierce or kg are gone, no more leadership etc;

Look I love Pierce he was the face of this team for 15 years. But he deserves to go to a contender and win a ring. I would love to see him go to the Spurs  if they face the heat and hit a game winner in a game 7 against Lebron and go out on top.

That would just be perfect. Barring injuries, Pierce would get another ring and Duncan would one up Kobe (right now both have 5).

do you really think pierce would leave his buddy kg?
with coach hollins a defensive minded coach, i think they will be back

there is a strong possibility that hollins will coach the nets

With the Nets wanting to shed payroll. I see pierce going to to the Clips and Nets trading Garnett to the Clips as well. Idk what it would work cap wise but I can see it.

Losing Livingston is good for us, losing Kidd? I don't see how that helps although they did play much better after firing Frank, so maybe Kidd is slightly better than he looks... who knows...

Love KG and PP but I want the nets to fall apart for the sake of our picks. Hopefully my wishes don't backfire like every season b4 this past when I wished Mia/Lakers would lose. LOL
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)
