Ainge passed up on Randle for Marcus Banks 2.0. But if he had just blown it up completely then the Celtics with a little bit of effort tanking could have gotten 2nd or 3rd. If Rondo is still on this roster around September then Ainge should offer to resign. If it wasn't for his good buddy in Minnesota he never would have had a team that even sniffed the finals. Time to fully blow it up and get on Philly's level. They have an amazing future.
