Stevens:

?He has been with our small groups a lot in the last 8-10 days. That?s not always the case with a guy as seasoned and accomplished as him.

And

?I think he looks great, first of all. Physically, he looks fantastic, and he?s been working hard, and that sets a great tone for the younger guys that come in.

#Celtics coach Brad Stevens: Think Rajon Rondo is anxious for next year, don't think he was ever quite right off ACL last season.

Stevens noted how veterans like Rajon Rondo and Jared Sullinger have been familiar presences at the team's morning workouts, while many of the Celtics' youngest players have stuck around the region for additional work (the likes of Chris Johnson, Chris Babb, Avery Bradley, Phil Pressey, and Brandon Bass have all been spotted here at various times).

No, I don't think he was himself at all last year.  I hope he gets more of his speed back.  My son tore ligaments and I think it took from August to April to fully heal and he is just getting his confidence back now.

the more nationally televised games we have, the more likely he will be "himself".

need some superstars to go w him or we'll be seeing many pedestrian rondo games :)

Jared Sullinger a vet and Brandon Bass one of our youngest players?  Something doesn't seem right there.
