In Ford's latest big board, he is listed at 18, and the Thunder have reportedly promised to draft him with their first pick at 21.  Ford says he could go as high as 12 with Orlando's 2nd pick.

I would not be surprised if Ainge is angling to get this kid.  While he will take a few years to fill out and contribute, his upside looks very promising, which is why his stock seems to be climbing quite fast.

Funny if we ended up taking him with our 6th pick!!

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Of course that won't happen. But he could trade down, offer Sixers our 6th pick for their 10th pick and some 2nd rounders, and take Porzingis there if he was worried that Orlando might grab him with their 2nd first rounder.

1)  He has skinny shoulders, guys with skinny shoulders are weak, period.
2)  He averaged 6PPG in ACB, he should not be drafted by the WNBA!
3)  Next Dirk, I think he will be lucky to be the next Yinka Dare.

The biggest thing some of these have got going for them is they are unknown.  He average 11 Pts and 10 rebounds in the Fiba tournament but this guy sounds like a second round special.

I dont know about comparisons, but this guys looks like he can defend the pick and roll in the NBA. I think there are only a few guys in the league who can do that at an elite level so I would take him at 17 just for that alone.

The offensive upside is nice but I really cant tell too much just from looking at tape whether that would translate or not.

His lateral quickness and mobility for a big man are very apparent though.

The guy is frail.  I'm afraid Sully will accidentally break him.
