17 and the future Sixers first to move up to get Stauskas then im Happy. I see him being the Steph Curry of this draft.

Draft Gordon and Stauskas,

I would trade up to get McDermott, Stauskas, or Gordon if he slips to 10 or later. I don't see anyone else (depending on your view of Nurkic and Capela)
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I like the value at #17, but if the price is right I'd move up a few spots for Gary Harris. He's a cut above the post lottery talent, and fits the Celtics needs: lights out shooter and defender.

I wouldn't mind seeing Smart plus Harris on draft night. That would be scooping up a ton of 2-way talent.

I agree about Smart and moving up a few spots for a SG, but I'd target Stauskas.  He's a few inches taller, his reach is 6 inches longer, and I think he's a better shooter.

not sold on the need to move up from 17.  lots of quality players still at that spot.  not seeing any players available after the first 3 or so that would be worth 2 #1 picks.

if Stauskas or Saric really impressed and we had to move up to #11 to get either one, the only extra pick I'd combine with #17 is the Philly pick(s)

With all the picks the Cs own I expect DA to move around alot in the next few drafts targeting players he likes.

I could see moving down for #6 for Saric or even gordon. (example #6 to Kings for #8 and future 2nd. This trade gets the Kings Smart and allows Cs to take Saric or Gordon)

I could see a trade up from #17 for Nurkic or Gary Harris. Harris may not require a trade up after he measured out small.

Unless the player has an excellent shot at becoming an absolute stud, this trade would be a terrible one.

What players in the NBA are worth a mid-round 1st and a future 1st (on a still rebuilding team)?

Jrue Holiday had an All Star appearance on his ledger and is a solid young PG, but his trade to the Pelican is deemed as a coup.

Ainge, reportedly, doesn't believe there's much difference between 1-4 and 5-8, and (I project) 7-8 is the best that this deal can get. Again, if you're giving up 2 1st for 1 1st (1 player), the player better be worth it.

Our second from this year, and Brooklyn's 2nd from this year, acquired when we moved back two spots in the epic MarShon Brooks - Jujuan Johnson draft day deal from 2011.

I'd be down with that scenario as well. I see them as comparable prospects. Harris is a year younger and better in terms of athleticism and defense. But, Stauskus has a couple of inches on him and probably a higher upside as a scorer.

I suppose in a wacky world we could move down+up, take both, and just be deep at SG!
