I read a horrible article about a Rondo to the Bucks Rumor. Garbage article, but I went to the trade checker to look what they have for assets.

 Out, Rondo.

In, Udoh , The Greek Freak Giannis Antetokounmpo , Brandon Knight, John Henson and a first. Now you could swap Larry Sanders for Henson to make it more Buck friendly. But then no deal.

If that were actually offered you'd have to think long and hard about it. Knight is a good not great point guard that's 23 years old, and you get three young guys that could all be very good NBA players. Henson is averaging 2.2 Blocks per game.

This is the type of deal I would consider.

I have to imagine the first isn't this years as rondo isn't worth the number one overall pick. Just seems like another overly one sided trade for the Celtics to me though, why would the bucks do this when they are in full on rebuild?
You can't reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.

Hard to turn down but none of those guys are sure thing all stars. a lot of risks in taking on 4 project players. I dont think the Bucks gut their youngs like that in one deal.

I might be thinking of a different poster but don't you start all of your Rondo trade threads with something like "finally a Rondo trade I would make"?

This is such a lopsided trade in the Celtics favor... Giannis and Henson are like two of the best young prospects in the league. And they throw in Embiid? Lol

I think you're overvaluing Rondo a bit.

Yes, I would do it too... but the Bucks would laugh and it's not possible without cutting a few players from the current roster

Edit: I wouldn't do it either. Not after buying a new Rondo jersey today

Milwaukee would laugh heartily and hang up the phone.  Why would Rondo want to re-sign with a Bucks team stripped of the little talent it had?  They're not giving up their future for a 1.5 year rental.

So lop sided for the Celts.  salaries don't match up either.  Why would the Bucks even consider a trade like this?  The answer is they wouldn't..

Yes the salaries actually do work. And my point is made by the people saying it's one sided. There are trades you would make for Rondo. Question is Would you do Rondo For Sanders, Giannis, And Knight and the Celtics give back a first.

Meh.  I guess, if the 1st is this year or next.  Makes no sense whatsoever for the Bucks, however.
