Doesn't the 2007 KG, Pierce, Allen argument come into play here then? The idea is, these talented guys are stuck on bad teams and would prosper next to better players.

He's just in a horrible situation I think he could be an Allstar with the right team.

I've not been a Cousins fan at all, but this year he is putting up huge individual numbers offensively, and also posting plus/minus numbers that suggest he's no longer a complete disaster on the other end. He's even a "plus" defender based on these numbers:

Honestly, I suspect that the Kings would laugh at an offer of the #3 pick. They might not even move Cousins for the #1 pick.

I think Cousins is this generations Sheed. He will have issues for a while, but he's definitely a player talented enough to win a Championship. It might be hard to find the right fit for him.

Nah, both teams are extremely poorly constructed.  Sacramento has nobody who can play defense and the Pistons have the two most inefficient volume gunners in the league taking the majority of the teams shots.
