Why for boston
We get a defensive all star and great forward to pair with rondo. Blair can be a solid rotational big at either pf or c. Dallas 1st prob early to mid 20's. Get rid of lee and bass contracts release logjam in backcourt and frontcourt.

since rondo is still iffy on date of return I say we might be able to net ourselves a top 8 pick and we have the mavs pick. I like the idea of running sullinger at c and smith at pf. and we can use fa/draft to get a strong scoring wing. MELO?? a stating five of Rondo,bradley,melo,smith,sullinger would be great.

Why for Houston
They get their 1st for Asik, a good backup C, and a nice stretch 4 prospect in kelly.

Why for Detriot
They get 2 firsts, a solid forward in green who pairs better in the frountcourt, monroe and drummond both get the minutes they deserve

Why for Los Angeles
They get humps expiring as well as a solid starting center in asik and crawford the emerging young prospect who will get major minutes as one of the main features in the offense. Tank mode anyone

If you want to make trades to help us this year and in the long run, I'm all for it (even if it means trading Rondo for the right deal), but I can absolutely see the Lakers somehow winning the lottery and getting the #1 pick, and we would have aided in that!
