The first trade, with the Wizards

Bass + Clippers 1st(?)

for

Otto Porter & Eric Maynor

Second one with Cleveland

Lee&Crawford

for

Waiters&Zeller

Wizards & Cavs have been out of the playoffs for a while and could be looking for an extra piece to push them into the playoffs in this weak east, pretty much everything after the 2nd seed is up for grabs at this point, Washington is 2.5 games out of third and ATL just lost Horford. CLE is a game and a half out of the 8th seed.

None of Waiters,Porter,Zeller,Maynor play heavy/consistent minutes. Washington is shallow at PF and aside from NeNe, none of their bigs have a reliable midrange jumper.

With Cleveland, Waiters has been on the outs and Crawford would definitely be an upgrade, Lee & Crawford would be the two best SG's on their roster and both can hit outside shots, something that will help Kyrie's game.

Terrible trades from the win/lose point of view, but great in order to rebuild the team. If Danny could pull those two, it'd be worth the Clippers pick. Saving 2M in salaries is also a good return.

Maynor has looked bad, Porter I don't know, but the Cleveland boys are decent, and could look better in a new scenario, with Coach Brad Stevens.

Rondo/Pressey/Maynor
Bradley/Waiters/Brooks/Bogans
Green/Wallace/Porter
Sully/Kelly
Humphries/Zeller/Fav

And you'd still have Bogans and Humphries to make another longterm rebuild/financial flexibility move. I like it.

Thanks! Definitely had rebuilding in mind with these. Porter I think can be good, was the third overall pick last year, and went to Georgetown just like Green, someone who could show Porter a few things.
