  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.

For me, I would say the Bioshock Infinite story is one of the most intricately designed I've seen in a while. It is crafted in a way that will have you thinking for days after you beat it.

Red Dead Redemption.

The storyline was excellent IMO and it was the only game I ever felt like I actually was the character and not just controlling someone. Rockstar did very well with that one. Not extremely complex, and a lot of cool side missions kept me interested that I usually skip.

Heavy Rain was another cool one. Definitely unique.

I am not a big gamer, but I am looking forward to RYSE. Don't know if it will swing me from PS4 to XBO (will not buy both, I rarely play anymore), but it looks amazing.

I actually thoroughly enjoyed the latest instalment of Max Payne. Good all round fun and made you like the character. The last of us is probably my favorite game of all time just extremerly likable characters and heart wrenching moments. Also the original FEAR was pretty solid.

  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
I'd say Mass Effect for a viable movie story, but Fallout 3, Fallout Vegas, and probably top of the not mass effect pile, LA Noir are all awesome.

I guess I'd go with Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic.  It was very well done and I had never played a game like that.

I agree with who mentioned LA Noire. A few I can think of right now is Last of Us. Far Cry 3. Assassins Creed. And Telltale's Walking Dead.
