Hard to know how to react to this exactly without knowing more details.  Was it just an incredible mistake?  Or is this an actual attack by somebody trying to kill school children?

Update.  It appears they believe (nothing conclusive) that the oil used in the meal preparation may have been contaminated when it was stored in an old pesticide container.
